The villa offers 3 independent double bedrooms with views on the garden, a 40m² living room with a designer fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, freezer), and a very large bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine, hairdryer.
Built in 2021, the villa has air conditioning in all rooms. The equipped terrace allows you to relax in absolute calm, and to eat in the shade of the trees. Ideal with friends or family!
The garden is unique in the region: 8000m² of lawn, orange trees, lemon trees, offering hammocks, swings, ping-pong table and volleyball court. The garden is closed and completely secure. It’s a children’s paradise, and a safe haven for adults.
The Wi-Fi is free. Sheets and towels are included.
Mini-market, pharmacy, bakery, cafes, are in the heart of the village 200m from the villa.
Temeni beach is 800m away, with its pleasant tavernas and restaurants.
Temeni-Aigio station, 3 hours by train from Athens airport, is 2.5 km away. The port of Patras and the ferries are 42km away. The nearest airport is Araxos, 80km away.
